BG&CM Railroad
Come gather 'round, my dear little friends,
Let me tell you a tale that never ends.
Of a railroad so small, but mighty and grand,
The BG&CM, in North Central Idaho's land.
Bountiful Grain and Craig Mountain it's called,
A Class III shortline, so strong and enthralled.
Through valleys and mountains it chugs along,
Bringing joy and wonder, with its cheerful song.
With its engine so shiny, and colors so bright,
The BG&CM fills our hearts with delight.
It carries the grain from the fields so vast,
To feed all the people, from first to the last.
Through tunnels it goes, with a clickety-clack,
Over bridges so high, and never looks back.
The children all wave as it passes them by,
With dreams of adventure, reaching the sky.
So let's celebrate this railroad so fine,
The BG&CM, a treasure divine.
With its tracks winding through Idaho's terrain,
It brings happiness to all, again and again.
