In the 80s, they started their quest, As CIFC, they were known as the best, Advocating for filmmakers, they never rest, Their love for documentaries, they truly professed. From coast to coast, they lend a hand, Helping filmmakers, to make their stand, With workshops and networking, they expand, Opportunities for all, across the land. They founded Hot Docs, a festival so bright, Where documentaries shine, day and night, Bringing stories to life, with all their might, Inspiring audiences, with every sight.
