Dyadic operation

In the land of numbers, where magic takes flight, There lived a Math Magician, full of delight. With binary operations, he cast his spell, Combining two elements, oh how he did excel. With addition, he took numbers in his hand, Two operands together, a new number he'd command. Adding apples and oranges, oh what a treat, A fruity concoction, oh so sweet! Subtraction was his next trick up his sleeve, Taking away elements, oh how he'd achieve. Subtracting cats from dogs, oh what a sight, Leaving just a few, under the moonlight. Multiplication was his grandest display, Creating new numbers in a magical way. Multiplying stars and moons, oh what a sight, A celestial dance, shining so bright. In vector spaces, his powers would grow, Scalar multiplication, a spectacle to show. Multiplying a number and a vector, oh so grand, Creating a new vector, in a magical land. And lastly, the Math Magician would boast, Scalar product, a binary operation he loved the most. Taking two vectors, he'd produce a scalar, A magical transformation, oh how peculiar!
