Fe k line
In the vast expanse of space so grand,
There's a spectral peak, oh how it's planned,
It's called the K-line, shining so bright,
Revealing stars' secrets, day and night.
Iron is the element it's tied to,
At around 6.4keV, it shines through,
With L-line by its side, they dance and play,
Observing the light in a magical way.
NASA, oh NASA, what have you found?
Using Suzaku and XMM-Newton, renowned,
Black holes spinning, oh what a sight,
Clocking their speed, with all your might.
X-ray emissions, so broad and wide,
Near the event horizon, they reside,
MCG-6-30-15 and MCG-5-23-16,
Super-massive black holes, a cosmic dream.
Einstein's theory, it rings so true,
General relativity, a breakthrough,
Andrew Fabian and James Reeves,
Leading the teams, among the cosmic seas.
