In Riyadh it stands, a patent office grand, Within the GCC, a regional band. Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar too, Saudi Arabia and UAE, a talented crew. Established in '92, with great acclaim, By the Supreme Council, they earned their name. Applications accepted, the first in '98, And in 2002, a patent's fate. Amended it was, in '99 so fine, To align with TRIPS, a global design. Encouraging innovation, supporting the new, Inventors rejoiced, their dreams coming true.
