HIA Val-de-Grâce

In Paris town, so grand and fair, Stood a hospital with utmost care, Val-de-Grâce, its name so sweet, Where soldiers came for wounds to treat. With walls of stone, so strong and tall, Inside, the healing would befall, Nurses in white, with gentle touch, Helped soldiers heal, oh, so much. For many years, it stood so proud, Caring for soldiers, strong and loud, But in twenty-sixteen, a change took place, Val-de-Grâce bid farewell, with grace. No longer a hospital, it would be, But memories lingered, oh, so free, A place of healing, love, and care, Now a memory, beyond compare. Val-de-Grâce, we'll remember you, For all the good that you did do, A place of hope, a beacon bright, Shining through the darkest night. Random page: IWCCW Women's Championship
