KiCad F.Paste
In the world of circuit boards, so grand,
There's a process called stencil printing, oh so grand!
It's where solder paste is carefully placed,
To create electrical connections with such grace.
A stencil is used, a magical tool,
To deposit the paste, oh how cool!
Solder metal and flux, they combine,
Creating a sticky paste, oh so fine.
This paste acts as an adhesive, you see,
Keeping the components in their place, so glee!
A good solder joint, we aim to achieve,
Where the paste has melted and flowed, we believe.
To make the joint perfect, we must take care,
The component must be in the right place, fair and square.
The right volume of paste, we must apply,
So it wets well on the board and component, oh my!
And when the job is done, there's residue left behind,
But fear not, it's safe or easily cleaned, you'll find.
So let's celebrate stencil printing, a process so neat,
Creating connections, making circuits complete!
