Kvalserien to Elitserien 2008–09

The Kvalserien put teams to the test. Brynäs and Rögle, the top two they be, To qualify for Elitserien, oh so fancy! Four teams with hope, shining so bright. With 16 points each, they fought till the end, To see who would rise and who would descend. Finishing third, but still shining bright. They beat Mora, with a goal so grand, With 26 seconds left, they took a stand. But in the Kvalserien, they found intrigue. They beat Västerås, away from home, 7-0 victory, oh how they did roam! But disappointment struck, leaving them in a blur. Leksand failed to qualify, oh what a shame, And Malmö's points dwindled, it wasn't the same. Their only win against Malmö, a small brawl. They finished last, in the Kvalserien they sank, But their spirit remained, they'll be back to thank. The battles fought, the teams at their best.
