LGBTQ People and Methodism

With viewpoints on homosexuality, you see. No one denomination speaks for them all, They have different beliefs, both big and small. The World Methodist Council, a council so grand, Has no official stance, it's not in their hand. They represent most Methodists, far and wide, But on matters of sexuality, they don't decide. In British Methodism, there's a variety of views, And ministers can bless same-gender unions, they choose. Love knows no boundaries, they firmly believe, And all love should be celebrated, they perceive. United Methodism, spanning countries afar, In the United States, the Philippines, and Africa, They say same-sex relations are not in line, With what they call "Christian teaching", divine. But they extend their ministry, to all who seek, For they believe every person is special and unique.
