MeNZB
Once upon a time in New Zealand land,
A brave vaccine was made, oh so grand.
MeNZB was its name, strong and true,
To fight meningococcus, it knew what to do.
Most people carried the bacteria with ease,
No harm or illness, just a gentle breeze.
But sometimes, oh dear, it caused great strife,
Meningococcal disease threatened their life.
MeNZB came to the rescue, a hero so bold,
With three doses of protection, it was told.
Six weeks apart, the shots were given,
To keep the children safe and livin'.
But even with the vaccine, you must know,
Carrying the bacteria may still show.
Meningococcal disease could still come near,
So be cautious and aware, my dear.
MeNZB, the brave vaccine, we thank you so,
For fighting the bacteria's dangerous blow.
With your help, we'll keep the children strong,
And protect them from harm all day long.
