No-Name Island (Pennsylvania)
Where forests grow, a magical scene.
In the Allegheny River, it does reside,
A place of wonder, where nature's pride.
With trees so tall, they seem to smile.
Old growth and virgin, forests rare,
A treasure trove, beyond compare.
Caressing the island, in its embrace.
The alluvial land, where life does thrive,
A sanctuary, where creatures arrive.
As they dance and flutter, with nimble feet.
Squirrels scamper, up trees so high,
In this haven, they reach for the sky.
Where nature's beauty, you can trace.
Let's cherish and protect, this precious land,
For future generations, to understand.
