Nu'uanu valley

In the land of Oʻahu, so grand and true, Stands a cliff called Nuʻuanu Pali, oh what a view! With winds so strong, they blow and they blow, Through the tunnels and pass, where the trade winds go. High on the mountain, where the Koʻolau stands, Is a lookout point, where you can see the lands. Kāneʻohe, Kāneʻohe Bay, and Kailua too, All in sight, with a panoramic view. But before the tunnels, there was a different way, The Old Pali Road, where people used to sway. Now a hiking route, for adventurers bold, Exploring the beauty, as the stories unfold. In the Nuʻuanu Valley, a fish refuge you'll find, Where freshwater creatures of all kinds unwind. And the Nuʻuanu Reservoir, a place so serene, Managed by the land and natural resources team. So come to Nuʻuanu Pali, with wonder and glee, Feel the strong winds, as they dance and they flee. Explore the tunnels, hike the old road, Discover the beauty, of this magical abode.
