OA Fitzgerald
In the land of Britain, a man did reside,
Lord Otho FitzGerald, with great pride.
A soldier and politician, oh so grand,
He served his country, with a helping hand.
Comptroller of the Household, he did become,
Under Gladstone's rule, he was not undone.
With papers and pens, he worked with glee,
Organizing the house, as busy as a bee.
But Lord Otho had another talent, you see,
He composed melodies, so joyful and free.
With notes and chords, he created a song,
That would make hearts dance and sing along.
His music was loved by both young and old,
With melodies sweet, and stories untold.
A symphony of sounds, a harmonious blend,
Lord Otho's compositions, a gift to send.
So let us remember this talented man,
Lord Otho FitzGerald, with a musical plan.
His melodies still echo, in the air we breathe,
Inspiring young musicians, to never leave.
