In the land of computers, oh so grand, Came a machine, the IBM PC/XT, so grand. With its built-in hard drive, oh so neat, It brought new wonders, a true feat. Released in '83, on a March day, The PC/XT came to play. Similar to its predecessor, the PC so fine, But with more slots, expanding its design. Oh, the PC/XT, a marvel to behold, With its power and speed, it was bold. It brought computing to a whole new height, Making tasks faster, oh what a delight. Children gathered 'round, their eyes so wide, Exploring the PC/XT, side by side. Learning to type, to code, and to play, The PC/XT brightened their day.
