The Parliament spoke, with voices strong, Passing a bill, it didn't take long, POCSO, the Act, was born that day, To keep the innocence of children at bay. Guidelines were set, by Women and Child, To ensure protection, gentle and mild, The rules were made, in November's breeze, Ready for implementation, with utmost ease. India, a land with children galore, With a population that's never a bore, Nearly five hundred million, young and free, Their safety and rights, a guarantee.
