In Ascot's grand domain, A race of regal fame, The Queen Elizabeth II Stakes, Where horses play their game. Horses, three years and old, With strength and grace untold, They gallop for a mile, In colors bright and bold. On British Champions Day, In October's golden ray, The crowd gathers in delight, To watch the horses sway. The Queen's eyes gleam with pride, As horses swiftly stride, Their hooves pound on the ground, In this royal horseback ride.
