Qi Empress

In ancient times, a tale we find, Of a woman strong, with a brilliant mind, Empress Gi, so fair and wise, A Goryeo-born beauty, with sparkling eyes. She caught the emperor's heart, so true, Becoming his consort, a love that grew, From concubine to empress, she did rise, With grace and power, she ruled the skies. With strength and wisdom, she took her stand, Controlling the country, with a steady hand, Economically and politically, she held the key, Empress Gi, a ruler so mighty and free. Her son, Biligtü Khan, would follow her lead, As Emperor Zhaozong, he would succeed, A dynasty born, from her noble line, Empress Gi's legacy, forever will shine.
