In our bodies, they're always on the go, Through blood vessels, to and fro. They give our blood its vibrant hue, Keeping us healthy, it's what they do! RBCs are like tiny superheroes, They fight for us, wherever blood flows. They deliver oxygen to every part, From head to toe, they play their part. In the bone marrow, they are born, Millions each day, it's quite a swarm. They live for about four months or so, Then new ones replace them, don't you know?
