RFA Eaglesdale

Once upon a time, in the deep blue sea, There sailed a ship, so grand and free. RFA Eaglesdale was her name, A fleet tanker with a noble fame. In 1941, she set sail with pride, As Empire Metal, she did ride. But soon she was transferred, you see, To the RFA, where she'd always be. With a heart of steel and a spirit bold, RFA Eaglesdale sailed, never to fold. She carried fuel to ships in need, A lifeline on the ocean, indeed. Through stormy waves and endless nights, She guided ships with her shining lights. A guardian angel on the sea, RFA Eaglesdale, for all to see. Now her tale lives on, in rhyme and song, A ship so mighty, brave, and strong. RFA Eaglesdale, forever in our hearts, A symbol of courage that never departs. Random page: CV70
