In the land of highways, oh so grand, There are roads aplenty, across the land. From Louisiana to Texas, they stretch so wide, With numbers in the thousands, they're quite a ride! In the United States, they wind and they bend, Through cities and towns, from end to end. From Kentucky to Georgia, they go near and far, Connecting people, like a shining star. The roads are numbered, in the thousands they lie, With digits so high, they reach for the sky. But in Great Britain, it's a different tale, With A's and B's, their roads prevail. Trunk roads and distributors, they have their own way, With four-digit numbers, they guide the way. But on this page, they won't be found, For they're not the highways that we expound. So let's celebrate the highways, so vast and wide, With numbers in the thousands, they're a joyride. From Louisiana to Texas, they'll take you far, On these highways, you'll be a superstar!
