Tommy Eugene Jackson, a football star, A tackle so strong, he'd never be far. He played for the Falcons, with all his might, Defending the field, from morning till night. Born in '83, on a winter's day, Tommy's passion for football would never sway. He went to Auburn, where he honed his skill, Dreaming of the day he'd make a big thrill. In 2006, his dreams came true, The Falcons signed him, oh how he flew! An undrafted free agent, but full of pride, Tommy's talent couldn't be denied. With the Chiefs, he played, a force to be reckoned, His tackles were fierce, his opponents were beckoned. Tommy the Tackle, a name known so well, His strength and determination, no one could quell. Now retired from the game, but his legacy remains, Tommy's passion for football forever ingrains. A nursery rhyme for the kids, to inspire and ignite, Dream big like Tommy, and reach for the heights.
