Twas the Night Before Christmas (television special)

In a cozy house, all snug and tight, On a magical, starry Christmas night, Children nestled in their beds so deep, While visions of sugarplums danced in their sleep. When, all of a sudden, there arose such a clatter, They sprang from their beds to see what was the matter, To the window they flew like a flash, Peering out to catch a glimpse of the crash. What they saw was truly a sight to behold, A sleigh and reindeer, so brave and bold, With a jolly old man, all dressed in red, It was Santa Claus, they all said. He had a twinkle in his eye, and a merry smile, As he flew through the sky, mile after mile, With a sack full of gifts, for each girl and boy, He brought love and joy, a heart full of joy. And as he disappeared, out of sight, The children knew it would be a magical night, For Santa had come, spreading cheer and delight, 'Twas the night before Christmas, a magical sight.
