In a land of post-punk sound, Mission of Burma could be found. With their debut, Vs., they took flight, Creating music that was out of sight. Signals, Calls, and Marches paved the way, But Vs. was the album that made them stay. Released in '82, it made a splash, With its raw energy and punk rock clash. Ace of Hearts was the label that believed, In the power of Burma, they were relieved. The only full-length album of the decade, A testament to the music they made. But alas, the band faced a tragic twist, Guitarist Roger Miller's tinnitus persist. They disbanded in sorrow, their music on hold, But their legacy continued to unfold.
