ZS series 641
In Serbia's land, on railway tracks,
A locomotive with a nickname, that's a fact.
The ŽS series 641, a diesel-electric delight,
Shunting and chugging, from day to night.
Once upon a time, in Yugoslavia's past,
The JŽ series 641, it was called so vast.
With Hungarian roots, this girl was born,
A locomotive with a nickname, worn.
"Mađarica" they called her, the Hungarian girl,
With strength and power, she'd give a whirl.
Produced in Hungary, with love and care,
A locomotive, unique and rare.
She'd chug and rumble, across the land,
Pulling the carriages, with a steady hand.
From station to station, she'd proudly roam,
A symbol of friendship, far from home.
So let's celebrate, this locomotive grand,
The ŽS series 641, across the land.
With a nickname so sweet, and a story to tell,
The "Mađarica" we love, oh so well!
