In a land called Ukraine, so far away, Lived a singer named Zlata, oh what a day! With a voice so sweet, like a bird in the sky, She sang her heart out, reaching so high. In Eurovision she shone, a star in her right, With a song called "Gravity", oh what a sight! She danced on the stage, with grace and with pride, And Ukraine cheered for her, far and wide. But Zlata's talents were not just in song, She had a heart for justice, oh so strong. She became a politician, brave and true, Fighting corruption, for me and for you. In the Verkhovna Rada, she took her stand, Using her birth name, Inna, across the land. But after a year, she made a choice, To leave the parliament, with a powerful voice. She stood with Ukraine, in times of unrest, Supporting her country, she did her best. And when Crimea was taken, she made it clear, She would not accept Russian citizenship, my dear.
