Zminec, Finiq

In southern Albania, there's a village so quaint, Zminec is its name, where memories paint. With houses so colorful, like a rainbow's hue, Let's explore this village, me and you. In Livadhe commune, it used to reside, But now it's a part of Finiq, side by side. The villagers are Greek, a community so strong, With traditions and culture that they pass along. In the year 2015, a change took place, Zminec became a subdivision, with grace. A municipality now, it proudly stands, With open arms, welcoming new lands. Leonidas Kallivretakis, a scholar so wise, In 1993, a study did arise. He found the population, a total of four ninety, All part of the Greek community, oh so mighty.
