In the vast ocean blue, a ship did sail, Dmitri Donskoi, with strength and without fail. A frigate so grand, with cannons so bold, Protecting the seas, a story to be told. With fifty-one guns, it stood tall and strong, Sailing through waves, singing a sailor's song. But alas, the time came, it had to retire, In eighteen seventy-two, it left the empire. Then came a cruiser, armored and grand, Dmitrii Donskoi, sailing across the land. In eighteen eighty-three, it took to the sea, But after Tsushima, it sank, oh dear me! But fear not, dear children, for there's more to tell, A submarine emerged, a mighty Typhoon's spell. Dmitriy Donskoy, a vessel so grand, With nuclear power, it sailed the command. So remember, young ones, the tale of Dmitri, From frigate to cruiser, and submarine so free. They sailed with courage, through waters so vast, A tribute to history, a legacy that will last.
