Hlatshwayo and Others v Hein

In South Africa, a case was heard, Hlatshwayo and Hein, the names occurred. A case of civil procedure, oh so grand, With a lesson for all, in this great land. The case was important, that's for sure, For it spoke of rights and costs, so pure. No fear should stop you, from seeking what's right, Enforcing your rights, with all your might. Hlatshwayo and Hein, they stood so tall, Fighting for justice, one and all. Justice for all, the court firmly said. So children, remember, when things go wrong, Don't be afraid, to stand up strong. Enforce your rights, without any fear, For justice and fairness, will always be near. Hlatshwayo and Hein, they paved the way, For all to seek justice, come what may. No fear of costs, should hold you back, For enforcing your rights, is never a lack. Random page: By-elections to the 11th Canadian Parliament
