Lo-Ex
In a land of alloys, shiny and bright,
There lived a metal, a splendid sight.
Lo-Ex was its name, strong and true,
With a tiny thermal expansion, it knew.
With silicon it danced, a magical blend,
Fourteen percent, a special friend.
Nickel joined the party, adding grace,
While copper and magnesium took their place.
Lo-Ex was unique, unlike the rest,
Its low expansion, put it to the test.
When heated or cooled, it barely changed,
A remarkable trait, so rearranged.
In bridges and buildings, Lo-Ex was found,
Keeping structures sturdy, safe and sound.
Its small co-efficient, a secret power,
Protecting against temperature's devour.
So let us remember Lo-Ex's tale,
A metal alloy, never to fail.
With silicon, nickel, copper, and more,
Lo-Ex stands tall, forever to adore.
